About Langar in Nottinghamshire

Langar is a village and civil parish in the Rushcliffe borough of Nottinghamshire, England. The population of the civil parish at the 2011 census was 1,037. It is situated on the A52 road between Nottingham and Grantham, and is about 10 miles (16 km) east of Nottingham. The village has a church, a primary school, a village hall and a pub.
